Is our storefront currently open in NYC?
-Unfortunately we have temporary closed our doors on March 18, 2020 as part of the New York on Pause program closing all non-essential businesses to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We will remain closed until the city and state deem it safe to return to work.
Is the online store still open?
-Our web store remains open and operational!
Are you accepting returns for online purchases at this time?
-Due to the nature of COVID-19 we are unfortunately not able to accept returns at this time, and as such all sales are final.
What is your shipping frequency during this time for online orders?
-We will be shipping web orders on a weekly basis.
Will you be reopening in the same address?
-No, upon reopening we will a have a beautiful new space located at the following address: 38 West 32nd Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10001
Can I ship to the new address yet?
-Not yet, at this time we are currently not accepting package deliveries from customers. For all shipping questions or concerns we ask that you contact us directly at Garrett@jlbrass.com
Can I mail in my instrument for repair?
-Currently at this time we are not accepting any instruments for repair—this includes in person drop-offs or drop-offs via mail.
When will you be taking in new repairs?
-Once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and safety measures are in place at J. Landress Brass we will be issuing out a new temporary policy regarding repairs. If you would like to be the first to know and receive these updates we encourage you to sign up to our email listing below!
