To maintain appropriate social-distancing guidelines as we navigate the affects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are now requiring all of our customers to schedule a one-on-one shop appointment for in person visits using the calendar below!
Is our storefront currently open in NYC?
-Yes, our store is open for repairs and retail. However to maintain social distancing and a safe environment for our customers and staff we are currently appointment only.
Is the online store still open?
-Our web store remains open and operational!
Are you accepting returns for online purchases at this time?
-Due to the nature of COVID-19 we are unfortunately not able to accept returns at this time, and as such all sales are final.
What is your shipping frequency during this time for online orders?
-We will be shipping web orders on a weekly basis.
Can I mail in my instrument for repair?
-Yes, you can ship any repair big or small to us. Please contact us first via phone or email email@example.com.
When will you be taking in new repairs?
-We are currently taking in repairs by appointment only. All instruments will undergo a minimum of 2 days of quarantine before work is started to help prtect our staff.
What if I have an existing repair at your shop right now?
-If you have an existing repair at our shop and have questions on its status, shipment availability, or need to request a timeline we ask that you email us at
