REPAIRSAny repair left for more than 30 days after notification date or agreed upon completion date will be subject to a $25/ month storage fee. Any instrument left more than 120 days without prior agreement will be deemed as abandoned and will become property of J. Landress Brass, LLC. If the instance of a rush fee an instrument is not picked up at completion date will be subject to an additional $15 fee unless prior arrangements are made.
Trial Policy for Used HornsThe trial period is seven days (7) upon receipt of the instrument. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. In the case of used instruments, negotiations between the owner (J. Landress Brass)and buyer (the purchasing customer) have resulted in an agreed upon price other than the listed sale price - in which case the sale is considered immediate and will not qualify for the 7 day return. Any defective new instrument will be replaced within 30 days if it is not easily repairable and all shipping charges will be paid for by J. Landress Brass. Shipping charges for instrument trials is NOT refundable. To have an instrument on trial, please fill out this form.
All items are subject to an 8% restocking feeIn some cases an additional restocking fee will be applied for any damage, cleaning or other worked needed on the instrument to return it to the proper sell-able condition. All items are shipped with insurance totaling the sale value of the item. If shipping is free or discounted and an item is returned the initial shipping charges will also be deducted prior to refund of funds. Mouthpieces, cases and mutes are non-returnable.
NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
