Answering your holiday questions!
What are your holiday and end of year hours?
Normal business days and hours will go through Thursday Dec. 21st.
We will then be closed Dec. 22nd - Jan 1st and will reopen with normal business hours on Jan. 2nd.
When does shipping stop this holiday season?
Our last day of shipping before we close for the holidays is on December 21st. Any orders placed after 2PM EST on the 21st will begin shipping out on January 2nd when we return to the store.
I’m placing an order inside of the U.S. — when’s the latest I can place the order and expect to get it before Christmas?
The sooner the better. If you are concerned or have specific shipping questions reach out to info@jlbrass.com.
I’m placing an order outside of the U.S. this season — when do I need to place my order by for delivery before end of year?
Same as above. The holidays can be hectic when it comes to shipping, so we always recommend allowing as much time as possible.

Can I still place an order during the break?
Yes! Our online store is open 24/7. We will make sure to set your placed order aside over the break and ship it out beginning on Jan 2nd when we return to the store.
Will my repair be ready to pick up before the holiday break starts?
If we gave an estimated completion date on or before Dec. 21st, then your instrument should be ready to pick up. You can also check your notifications for any/all repair updates from us.
If you dropped your instrument off with an estimated completion date past Dec. 21st, then we will have your instrument ready at the given date after the new year.
