Year: 1960
Key: Bb
Bore: .458"
Bell Size/Material: 4.6" Yellow brass

Oil: Berp 3This used 1960 King Master cornet is in good overall shape, with some lacquer loss from repairs on the received and the back of the bell, but the horn still has about 85% of the original lacquer remaining. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and although there's some evidence of previous repairs, it still has that classic sound that recalls jazz greats like Nat Adderley. The valves work best with a thicker oil like Berp 3. This horn doesn't come with a case, but it fits nicely in a Gard cornet gigbag.
