Used 1975 Bach 181 cornet in silver, very good condition. Fresh out of our repair shop, this cornet got a professional cleaning and precision alignment. There is some evidence of repairs, as well as some minor surface scratches in several areas, but nothing that affects playability. It's got fantastic valves and a warm versatile sound with great response. No case.

FROM BACH:
Vincent Bach combined his unique talents as both an accomplished musician and a talented engineer to create brass instruments of unequalled tonal quality. Often copied but never duplicated, Bach Stradivarius instruments today remain the sound choice of artists worldwide. Fore decades, the Bach 181 series cornets have set the standard for cornet soloists. The Bach 181SML Stradivarius Series Bb Cornet incorporates the standard cornet design. The .459" medium-large bore promotes an ease of response. The one-piece hand-hammered professional bell produces a warm sound with full projection. The silver-plate finish provides a controlled brilliance to the overall sound. The 1st valve trigger allows for quick and accurate adjustments. The 181SML cornet is a well rounded instrument at home in multiple musical settings.
