The Besson 700 series of instruments were an intermediate range that was made by Besson / Boosey & Hawkes in England up to the 1990s. This used Besson 723 cornet has a third valve slide trigger and .459" bore. It exhibits the true British Brass Band sound and is very warm and mellow. Intonation is not as good in the upper register as the Besson Prestige instruments, but otherwise plays well. Comes with original case.
