This Used 1988 King 650 Bb flugelhorn is in great playing shape despite some cosmetic flaws. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and it has about 95% of the original gorgeous amber honey lacquer intact, as well as good compression with Yamaha Vintage oil. There's some evidence of repairs to the bell from the valve cluster on back and through the next branch, along with some minor imperfections in the bell tail and branch, but no significant repairs to the flare, no rot, and no serious trauma. It takes a large Morse taper mouthpiece and plays with a big, round sound that would be fantastic in any flugel situation. The blow is pretty close to a trumpet thanks to the .458" ML bore, which is great for doublers, and the valve action is excellent. Comes with original case in very good condition.
