This is an early Alexander pre 103 with a silver wash flair. This horn was owned by Fred Weber from the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. It is an early example of an Alexander 103 for the early 1920's. This horn was made prior to serial numbers. This instrument was an older mechanical valve linkages. Does show signs of wear and has a few patches. This horn is an older re lacquer, and is 65%. It has had a valve job, and compression is fantastic.
