"Compared to Bach mouthpieces, the Kavalinski model, in the cup is larger than 1 1/2, it’s closer to 1 1/4. The backbore is designed in such a way that during a hard and exhausting performance you have a feeling of freedom, meaning - you play above the orchestra and there is no usual resistance. In general, it should be added that this is a universal model that can be used not only in the orchestra, both as a solo and a tutti player, but also using it in solo repertoire."
