Used 1925 Holton Revelation Bb trumpet in matte silver, from the collection of legendary Broadway trumpeter Tony Gorruso. It's in amazing shape for being over 100 years old, with about 80% of the original plating intact, as well as very good compression and valve action. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and we found no evidence of red rot or serious trauma--just some minor repairs to the back turn of the bell. It plays with secure slotting and a brilliant, full sound that would be at home in any pit or commercial situation, and the main tuning slide stop mechanism is a handy addition for maintaining tuning from show to show. Comes with original case in great shape with working latches and springs.
