This used 1968 King Super 20 Symphony Silver Sonic made in Eastlake, Ohio, is in great shape for its age, with some minor surface scratches in a few spots but no evidence of significant repairs. There's one small pinkish spot of red rot on the outside of the leadpipe sleeve just forward of the pinky hook, but since this is beginning on the outside of one of the thickest parts of the horn, it won't eat through in our lifetime and is not any cause for concern (nor is it visible on the inside of the leadpipe). We did our play tests after cleaning this dual-bore (ML to L) horn and giving the valves a precision alignment, and we enjoyed the full, powerful sound that's got enough brilliance and roundness for any playing situation and holds together even at the loudest dynamics. It projects very well without requiring a ton of effort, and the upper register is quite easy. The valve action and compression are good with a slightly thicker oil like Yamaha Vintage. Comes with the original case.
