This used 2003 Calicchio 1S/7 75th Anniversary Bb trumpet was made in celebration of the company's beginning in 1928. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and we found compression best with a thicker oil like Berp 3. The gold plating is in excellent shape, with no significant wear, just some very light surface scuffs in a couple of spots and small dings in the leadpipe and receiver. No red rot or evidence of major repairs. The valves have a fast but soft feel, and the horn plays on the darker side but is versatile enough to be an all-arounder for any style. Comes with Marcus Bonna case.
