Oil: Yamaha RegularUsed 2007 Van Laar OIRAM Bb trumpet in brushed gold plate, made in the Netherlands. This horn was made by the late master craftsman Hub Van Laar before the OIRAM series developed into multiple models numbered I-IV. It plays with amazing fluidity, with a sound that has a ton of body and fantastic valve action. Intonation and slotting are spot-on, and the horn responds very well to mouthpiece changes. This is a soloist's dream, though it's versatile enough for plenty of different playing situations. The brushed gold plate is 100% intact, with just some surface scratches on bell and evidence of minor repairs on inside of back bow. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and compression is excellent with Yamaha Regular synthetic oil. No case.
