This used 2022 Del Quadro The Mother Bb trumpet is finished in polished raw brass. We’ve given it a full professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and aside from a few extremely minor imperfections in the bell stem and leadpipe, it's fantastic shape! It features a 5.5" seamless electroformed copper bell and an Edwards valve block, as well as DQ's most free-blowing leadpipe. Don't let the ML step bore fool you: It performs more like a large bore—producing an enormous, full sound but without sacrificing control. The response is quick, the valves are fast and smooth, and you can really hear yourself well behind the horn. Despite the big specs, the Mother is surprisingly versatile and allows for a wide range of tonal flexibility depending on your setup. No case.

That might only be half of the name... When guys say they can only play large bores, I like to hand them this horn. 5 1/2″ Copper bell flare and the biggest blowing leadpipe I could find. The sound is HUGE and the horn will take as much as you can give it.
