This used Adams A4LT Bb large bore trumpet in satin lacquer is in great playing shape. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision valve alignment, and the gorgeous satin lacquer is completely intact except for a few light scuffs and some small spots of red rot in the leadpipe (easily managed with proper care). The A4LT is a lighter commercial version of the more ballad-friendly A4, and as such it's designed for more brightness and better projection. The large .470" bore gives you tons of room to put some air through the horn, but the bell taper and diameter (much smaller than the A4) give it a bit of "power steering". Articulation and response are both excellent, the sound is powerful with tons of presence, and the valves feel fantastic with great compression. This is an excellent choice for jazz/commercial music, and the striking design stands out visually. No case.
