Brand new Del Quadro The Mother Bb trumpet in acid burn finish. These horns are exquisitely crafted in Las Vegas by Mike Del Quadro. The Mother is an excellent-playing ML step-bore horn with a huge copper bell that plays like a large bore but with "power steering". The sound is big, dark and wide but not overly diffuse, an excellent choice for jazz and commercial settings. No case, but it comes with a gorgeous custom dust bag made by Maggie Del Quadro.

That might only be half of the name... When guys say they can only play large bores, I like to hand them this horn. 5 1/2″ Copper bell flare and the biggest blowing leadpipe I could find. The sound is HUGE and the horn will take as much as you can give it.
