Used Ganter rotary C trumpet in lacquer, likely made in the 1980s and in excellent condition. It plays with a rich, full-bodied sound with plenty of warmth and just the right amount of brilliance, staying remarkably consistent throughout the registers -- perfect for orchestral and section work. Intonation is very good, with the third slide trigger making any necessary adjustments easy, and the rotors are exceptionally fast and smooth. We gave it a professional cleaning and precision rotor alignment, and the lacquer is nearly completely intact, with just a couple of scratches and one extremely small spot of loss on the bell stem. The nickel silver kranz is also in fantastic shape, and there’s no evidence of significant repairs. Does not come with a case.
