Oil: Yamaha VintageThis used Getzen Eterna 940 piccolo trumpet in silver plate would make an excellent first picc! We gave it a professional cleaning and a precision valve alignment, and there's some evidence of repairs in the back turn of the bell, but otherwise it is in very good shape. It plays well, with excellent valve action and a "sweeter" sound than a Schilke P5-4. Comes with 4 leadpipes (Bb and A in cornet and trumpet shanks), no case.

The Eterna 940 (short model) Piccolo has been in the Getzen line for many years. It offers a free-blowing feel with excellent intonation. It is constructed in the Getzen Pro Shop and comes standard with a Blackburn trumpet shank Bb and A leadpipes. The piccolo trumpet is regarded as a dependable tool for Baroque literature and specialty music.
