This is an excellent all-around trumpet that can shine in any musical setting, though its light weight and brilliant sound will appeal most to commercial players. The B1 has a lightweight bell and lightweight valve cluster. The sound is compact, with good projection and a bright sound with a fine sizzle in the high register. With its light response and great flexibility, one might call the B1 the “gem” of our collection.
